Founder

Tian Lan, PhD

Tian Lan, PhD, is the founder of Natexl. Dr. Lan is also a Postdoctoral Research Scientist in the Department of System Biology at Columbia University. Dr. Lan's research focuses on developing AI frameworks for predictive analysis for biological data. His research results have been published in top tier computer science and medical journals such as Nature Machine Intelligence, Nucleic Acids Research.

Senior Research Scientist

Wei Huang, PhD

Wei Huang, PhD, is currently a Senior Research Scientist at Natexl. Dr. Huang is also a research fellow at RIKEN AIP, Japan. His scholarly pursuits primarily focus on deep learning theory, graph neural networks, trustworthy AI, and the development and analysis of large language models. He has published 20 papers in top AI conferences and journals, including NeurIPS, ICLR, IJCAI, and TMLR.

Analytical Chemist

Ellen Wang, PhD

Ellen Wang, PhD, has deep engagements with fields of bioanalytical chemistry and molecular biology. Dr. Wang has a robust proficiency in cell-based and immunoassay development (ELISA and its magnetic bead-based variants, and MSD), magnetic bead-based immunocapture, flow cytometry, confocal imaging. Dr. Wang’s research focuses on unveil novel insights into neural cell dynamics and pharmacological potential.
